Welcome to My Pilates Time! Before you proceed with your membership and access the online pilates content, please carefully read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 1. 14-Day Full Refund Period: If you decide to cancel your Annual Membership for any reason within 14 days of purchase, we offer a full refund, minus any merchant fees. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase.
2. After the 14-Day Full Refund Period: Cancellations made after the 14-day full refund period will not be eligible for a refund. However, your membership will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
3. Renewals: Your annual membership will auto-renew at the end of the year unless you decide to cancel prior to your renewal date. We will send a reminder to the email address associated with your account before your membership renews.
4. Merchant Fees: Please note that the merchant fees (incurred for processing your membership purchase) are non-refundable. The exact amount will be determined at the time of cancellation and will be deducted from your refund.
5. Processing Time: Refunds will typically be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.
6. Changes to this Policy: We reserve the right to change this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Please note: It is the responsibility of the member to cancel their membership if they no longer wish to continue. Non-use of the membership does not constitute a cancellation or warrant a refund.
By purchasing a My Pilates Time Annual Membership, you are agreeing to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
2.3 All membership fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2.4 My Pilates Time reserves the right to modify membership fees and plans, but any changes will be communicated to existing members via email or through our website.
3. Content Usage and Intellectual Property:
