Meet Beth!

It was over 20 years ago when I first stepped into a Pilates class — in a local community hall, not a fancy studio. Although I’d always been active, I’d never really taken time for myself through formal fitness classes. That hour felt like such a treat — a moment to step away from a busy family life and focus just on me.

I found the moves achievable and relaxing. The class was calm and gentle, yet I could feel the effects the next day!

After a few months, I began to look forward to my time on the mat and noticed real changes in my body — not from harsh or intense workouts, but from thoughtful, mindful movement.

I was hooked, and I knew I had to find a way to share this feeling with others.

That’s when I started 
My Pilates Time

— over 11 years ago now, before Zoom classes were even common — with a vision to make Pilates at home do-able and accessible for everyone.

Today, My Pilates Time has members in over 100 countries and a beautiful community of more than half a million on Instagram — all connected by the same kind, calm, and encouraging approach to movement that builds balance, strength, and confidence.

Our Journey so Far!

2015

2015- first zoom call

What started as a simple Zoom session in my living room turned into a movement. One class. Two women. And a deep belief that gentle, consistent movement could change lives.

2016

Set up studio at home - and ran group classes, in person teaching 

After listening to what women were asking for, I created a focused 10-class program to help improve balance — short, structured, and made for bodies over 50.

2020

Recording for the online membership - many failed attempts

The doors officially opened! The membership brought everything together — live classes, on-demand videos, and a supportive community of women moving together from home.

2015

Helping 1000’s during lockdown

As the world shut down, our community grew. Women everywhere were looking for calm, connection, and movement they could do safely at home — and they found it here.

2023

2,000 members in 100+ countries

From New Zealand to Norway, women across the globe joined the movement. Together, we proved that age is no barrier to strength, balance, and confidence.

2024

Worldwide community - live classes with hundreds live, thousands following at home


This year, we added even more support — exclusive rewards for long-time members, and new physio-backed mini-courses for things like hip health and better balance.
