As little or as much as you want! Many of the classes are quick but super effective. You’ll start noticing a difference with just three 20-minute sessions a week—and if you have more time, great! But even short sessions will have you feeling stronger and more balanced.

No, you’re not locked in. You’re in control. If you’re on the monthly plan, you can cancel anytime. If you sign up for the annual membership, you can get a refund within the first month if it’s not the right fit.
