Here is another stretch for those of you doing the detox. Keep listening to your body, and do the exercises that feel good for you.
This stretch is just 13 minutes, but you will feel great afterward! It involves lying on your back and do some gentle movements to engage your abs, and bring awareness into your body to create steady movement.
You will also use a band to help you stretch your hamstrings and there’s a little coordination challenge thrown in too!
(If you don’t have a band, you could use a towel instead.)
