Are you waking up stiff and sore?

I can help you!

I rolled out of bed the other day and felt much older than 43!
After a day travelling in the car I could barely bend over to put my shoes on! ( Embarrassing to say as a Pilates teacher – I know!)

It didn’t take long for my body to feel happy again. – Truely, just 15 minutes of gentle stretches and I was back to feeling even younger than my age!

Pilates is your answer to reducing stiffness. Moving easily does make life better. Think of it as maintenance for your body. Just as we get our car serviced to keep it ticking along smoothly, we can do the same with our body.

If you’re the type of person who has never really been into fitness or the gym scene but likes to stay active, then chances are, you’ll love Pilates.

Perhaps you’ve never had to ‘workout’. You love to walk everyday, you work in the garden, you swim in the sea. But now, you wonder if that’s enough to keep your body in the best shape. Aches and pains can creep in. Your muscle tone isn’t what it was, and generally you feel like the car in desperate need of a service!

It’s amazing what a little ‘maintenance’ can do for the body. You might be feeling as stiff as a board, but I assure you that a little movement throughout the week will keep you active and enjoying life.

Some online Pilates through the week will:

  • Reduce muscle tightness
  • Be convenient as you don’t have to leave the house
  • Boost your confidence as you see yourself improving
  • Keep your joints healthy and moving
  • Keep you doing all the activities you enjoy

Learning Pilates is a fun new skill to have. It’s a practice which you can do until you’re 90! You’ll find out how simple movement can maintain and serve your body. Pilates is about finding a connection with yourself and finding joy in every class. Whoever said staying fit couldn’t be done with a smile on your face?
